Smyrna means that was manufactured in western Anatolia (Turkey) and exported by way of İzmir (Smyrna). The sticker of the original Dutch retailer is still attached to the bottom.
This rug is in good condition with age-related wear and possible discoloration that are inherent in these vintage rugs. One of the corners has been repaired (patch of 8cm x 3cm). The photographs are a part of the description.
