Storage Instructions** Our cookies are made without preservatives and can be stored at room temperature for three weeks, based on the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Please store in a cool, dry place at room temperature; refrigeration is not necessary. For optimal flavor, we recommend consuming within two weeks of arrival. **III. Delivery Options** 1. In-Person Pickup: (Please message us to arrange pickup and receive a free shipping code.) A) Time: Weekdays 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Please confirm your pickup time at least one day in advance. B) Location: Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station, Taipei. 2. Postal Service: NT$85 for delivery within Taiwan's main island. Shipped 2 days before your desired arrival date. (Note: Postal workers do not call recipients. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If delivery is unsuccessful twice, it will be held at a nearby post office for pickup.) 3. Convenience Store Pickup: NT$70 for delivery within Taiwan's main island. Shipped 4 days before your desired arrival date. **IV. Important Notes** 1. As this is a customized product, it is not subject to the "7-day hesitation period" under the Consumer Protection Law. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed. 2. Delivery dates cannot be specified. For courier delivery, items will be shipped two business days before your desired arrival date. For convenience store pickup, items will be shipped four business days prior. For example, if you wish to receive your order on January 28, 2022 (Friday), courier delivery will be shipped on January 26 (Wednesday), and convenience store pickup will be shipped on January 24 (Monday).
