1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. If you select a laser-engraved option and have decided on the engraving content, please specify it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience event location contacts you and confirms your reserved date and seat availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after ordering and payment, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company name and tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the workshop is canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or a refund.
