2. If you select a laser-engraved design and have finalized the engraving content, please specify it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member at the experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum provides unified invoices. If you require an invoice with a company uniform number (統編), please provide your company name and uniform number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
