Important Notes
* If you are unable to attend after payment, you may request a refund through the order system, with a 30% deduction of the ticket price to cover incurred expenses. As the designer needs ten days prior to the event to prepare materials, cancellations are not accepted within ten days of the event date. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else.
* Limited spots available. To protect the rights of registered participants, priority will be given to those who have completed their payment and reconciliation.
* If the minimum number of 2 participants is not met two days before the scheduled start date, the designer reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a refund.
* In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events leading to class cancellation, the organizer will proactively contact participants for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the official announcements regarding work and class suspension in the event's location will be the standard for class commencement and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
* To be environmentally friendly, no gift bags will be provided at the venue. Please bring your own tote bag.
* This event is for ticket holders only. Please do not bring guests.
* Entry begins 15 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 30 minutes late, and no refund will be issued.
* Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
* If you choose to discontinue participation for reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
* The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the workshop as needed, and photos will be uploaded to the "PinPin School" social media channels afterward. The organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
