Dragon Boat Festival Holiday: June 8th - June 10th. We will be participating in a craft market at the Daan Forest Park MRT Station. Operating hours are from 11 AM to 7 PM. The market is located inside the Sunshine Hall of the Daan Forest Park MRT Station, near Exit 3 or Exit 4, accessible without exiting the station. Our design studio has been established since 2014. Material Description: The 14k gold-filled material predominantly used in the mixandfun design studio features a layer of 1/20 14k gold electroplated onto a brass base. This is a popular choice in recent years, known for its ease of care, durability, and long-lasting color. It also offers a more accessible price point compared to solid 14k gold. Solid 14k gold, on the other hand, is entirely crafted from 14k gold, containing approximately 58.5% pure gold, with the remainder being silver, iron, or copper. For Taiwan's climate, solid 14k gold requires even less maintenance and presents a more refined color. It is also a suitable option for those with sensitive skin. Specially plated alloy is another material we frequently utilize. mixandfun carefully selects preferred unplated chains and applies a special electroplating process. Under normal wearing conditions, the color is designed to last. Wearing Precautions: 1. It is recommended to put on all jewelry after dressing and remove it before changing into loungewear. Avoid wearing jewelry while bathing, soaking in hot springs, or swimming. 2. For earrings, we suggest using the provided silicone stoppers to minimize the chance of loss. 3. Given Taiwan's warm and humid climate, if jewelry will not be worn for an extended period, gently wipe it with a soft cloth before storing it in a sealed bag. 4. For delicate chains, make it a habit to fasten the clasp when removing them to reduce tangling. 5. Please understand that 14k gold-filled, solid 14k gold, or specially plated alloy pieces will naturally show signs of wear over time. 6. Simple Maintenance Tip: If you notice any signs of oxidation, don't worry. You can fill a bowl with water, add a little salt, and a small piece of aluminum foil. Submerge your solid gold or sterling silver jewelry for about 10 minutes, then remove and rinse. It should regain its shine. (Material composition may vary slightly between brands.) We recommend starting with less expensive silver pieces for this method. 7. You can place solid gold or general alloy jewelry in your palm, take an old toothbrush, dip it in a small amount of toothpaste, and gently brush for about half a minute.
