Emma
Precious emeralds, rare even in small fragments and vibrant as if breathing even in the slightest touch, are carefully arranged to adorn this hair clip.
Opal glints subtly between the stones, adding a touch of light.
Though a clip, its generous size allows it to be worn like a barrette.
It can be used to sweep back side hair near your ears or to conceal the elastic of a half-up style.
Crafted from fine materials, it exudes an elegant charm and sparkles beautifully.
Hair accessories made from natural stones and other authentic, natural materials are not suited for mass production and are rarely found on the market. However, I created these pieces with the belief that accessories for adults should be items that one can cherish for a long time, never tiring of their beauty.
Each piece is a unique creation, possessing its own distinct character.
Upon closer inspection, you might notice the crystal structure or the presence of mother rock.
These are wild emerald chips, yet their beauty of color and their moist green hue are truly exceptional qualities of this stone.
Though they are small fragments, they have been meticulously gathered to allow you to enjoy as much of their beauty as possible.
Hold them up to the sparkling sunlight and enjoy your outings.
Hair clip approx. 65×20mm

■ About Opal
Stone language: Hope, Innocence, Comfort, Patience. Birthstone of October.
Said to envelop one in happiness and attract good fortune.
A gemstone composed of silicon and water in a cryptocrystalline form. It is renowned alongside diamond, ruby, sapphire, and emerald, not as a single crystal, but as an aggregate of particles less than 0.1 microns in size. The variation in particle size creates a light prism that produces a spectrum of colors. Optically, opal is a jewel that contains all colors within a single stone.
Opal has been cherished since ancient times, including by European nobility and royalty since the Roman era. Its name originates from the ancient Sanskrit word 'upala,' meaning 'jewel.' Often called the 'rainbow jewel,' Shakespeare referred to it as the 'queen of gems.'
■ About Emerald
Stone language: Wisdom, Happy Marriage, Happiness, Unconditional Love. Birthstone of May.
To love and be loved.
Its Japanese name is 'Suigyoku' or 'Ryokugyoku.'
With a long history, it is counted among the four great jewels of the world. It appears in "On Stones" by Theophrastus, a disciple of Aristotle, dating back to the Greek era. It is famously known to have been favored by Cleopatra in Ptolemaic Egypt. From this, it is considered a symbol of wealth and power. Pliny the Elder, in his "Natural History" from the Roman Empire, ranked it as the third most precious gem after diamond and pearl, and Emperor Nero was known to own an emerald monocle. In fact, emerald artifacts are frequently unearthed from Roman Empire-era ruins such as Pompeii.
Furthermore, in ancient Greece and Rome, emeralds were dedicated to Venus due to astrological influences. Jewish legends mention emeralds among the jewels King Solomon received from God, appearing in history since ancient times without end.
