*Preserved flowers & dried flowers please keep dry, good environment can keep for 1.5~2 years.
*Do not expose to the sun directly. If the environment is humid or during the rainy season, it is recommended to turn on the dehumidifier.
*If there is dust, brush it lightly with a brush or watercolor pen.
* It is recommended not to drip citrus essential oils on Diffuser (Sola Flower) to avoid staining.
*There may be a color difference between the photo and the actual product, please do not buy if you mind!
*If the material is insufficient, it will be replaced with flower material of the same value.
*Each box can only hold 1 flower gift at most, if more than 1 flower gift, please place separate orders.
/ Need to know before buying /
- The photo is taken of the actual product, but due to handmade and flower shape, we cannot guarantee that the product is exactly the same
- Dried flowers and preserved flowers are fragile, and some flower crumbs will inevitably fall off when you open the box. If you are a super-perfectionist, please consider carefully before placing an order
- Because the flowers are all seasonal, if they are out of stock, we will design and match the appropriate flowers for you without changing the color system and overall appearance
- Dried flowers and preserved flowers are natural materials, and there will inevitably be collisions and a few drops during delivery. We will try our best to properly package and protect the products
- If you have any problems with the product, please do not rush to give a bad review, we will deal with it as soon as possible after contacting us
