Due to the type of glaze, it is suggested that you can simmer the product in rice water for 20-30 minutes before start using it. It is to prevent the product from absorbing smell or colors from foods. The item in photos is the last piece of the inventory. Please select [order new one] for more similar items. This is handmade product, each one cannot not be 100% identical, even though I use the same materials and fire them in the same kiln, the products will still be a bit different between each firing. If you would like to order new item, this is same as customized products, which requires 20–30 working days with holidays excluded. This product is handmade, and so slight variations in size (about 0.5-1 cm) are to be expected. This product is handmade, and so may not look exactly the same as the photo. We provide basic anti-collision package for the product. We do not accept returns/exchanges for customized products. I will send photos of products before shipping, as the last confirmation with my guests, and I will not deliver any item with cracks, damage of glazes, or failed colors.
