Thank you for your understanding. **About Color Difference** Screen colors and print colors utilize different color gamuts, resulting in distinct visual representations. ★ Screen colors use RGB → displayed through illuminated screens, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors use CMYK → ink cannot reproduce certain exceptionally bright hues. The printed output will appear slightly less saturated than screen colors, hence a color difference between the digital artwork and the physical product is normal. Color deviations in printed output cannot be standardized based on the customer's screen display. Variations in paper type, ink batches, and ambient humidity on the printing day can also influence color results. If precise color matching is critical, please consider this carefully before placing your order. **Custom Products** Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. In cases of non-pickup, fees may be reclaimed in accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act stipulates that consumers engaged in remote transactions or door-to-door sales may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services, without stating reasons or incurring any costs or consideration, by returning the goods or providing written notice. However, the same paragraph provides exceptions for reasonable circumstances in remote transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Standard for Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution of Remote Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective January 1, 2016. Article 2, Subparagraph 2 of these Standards explicitly states that "customized goods provided according to consumer requirements" are exempt from the seven-day right of contract dissolution stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. **★ Cash on delivery is not available for custom products.** **★ Custom products are not applicable to the seven-day appreciation period.** Customized goods made to consumer specifications cannot be canceled after ordering and are non-returnable once sold.
