【Refund Policy】
⭑Cancellations or rescheduling are not accepted within 3 days prior to the event. Please submit your request at least 3 days before the event date.
⭑No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for no-shows on the event day due to personal reasons.
⭑In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, refunds or rescheduling will be based on the work and school suspension standards announced by the Taichung City Government.
【About the Class】
▹Before the Class:
⭑For same-day bookings, please message us first to check availability.
⭑Please arrive on time. Present your order confirmation or name upon entry.
⭑Arrival more than half an hour late will be considered a no-show.
(Please message us to see if entry is still possible, as it may affect subsequent sessions)
▹During the Class:
⭑If you wish to remake a piece due to personal error, a material replacement fee will apply.
⭑Each class session is for one person creating one piece. Multiple people cannot create one piece together. If one person wishes to create more than one piece, please note it in your order or message Space H Metalworking.
⭑Accompanying friends or family: One person is allowed. Please note it in your order or message Space H Metalworking.
⭑Please wear a mask during polishing, as metal dust can become airborne.
⭑Photos and videos taken during the event will be uploaded to social media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your photos to be used for promotion, please take your own photos.
⭑A desktop tripod is available for free rental.
⭑A water dispenser is available for your use.
【About Reservations】
⭑If the number of orders exceeds the classroom capacity, the schedule will be based on the time coordinated between the designer and you.

⭑By Car: Parking is available in the open space next to the studio's purple wall or under the arcade.
