■ Obtaining certification must comply with the association’s charging standards and related regulations.
■ The one-day course of Flower Gift Master is electronically certified
■ Course fees include certificate application fees, materials and handouts, packaging and bags

■ The course time is about 5 hours, depending on the time when the individual completes the work.
