This is a normal occurrence. Please keep the item dry to maintain its color longevity. ❹ The pearls in the natural pearl series are naturally grown and irregular in shape. Minor imperfections or striations on the surface are normal. If not worn for an extended period, take them out to air them out so they can breathe, to prevent yellowing. ❺ When not wearing, store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. ✣ After-Sales Service ✣ ❶ If beads fade, fall off, the string loosens, or if the item is accidentally broken, you can contact us for complimentary repairs.
