1. After placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member at your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. As course materials are prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can issue a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID Number, please provide the company name and Tax ID Number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
