In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of the product. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Therefore, the returned product must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging (including, but not limited to, all free gifts, accessories, and manuals). Please include the original invoice and repack the item securely in a cardboard box for return (any damage or breakage upon return will result in the refusal of return or refund). II.
