Quotation Range: Simple background, single person, double person : From 7000 for simple scenes to 17000 for highly complex, specified details. (Floating range: Other designs, additional specified details, etc., will incur an additional charge of 1000~5000 up) Revisions at different stages: Free revisions within the total allowed count can be allocated, or a fee of 100~1500 per revision depending on the scope of changes. [Production Timeline] The drawing duration will begin after receiving your information and reference materials, and we will provide an estimated drawing time and delivery date based on our ideas. For detailed requests that involve more surprises, please allow at least 1 month to 45 days for production. For urgent orders within 1 month, please contact us first to discuss delivery times to ensure we can accept and complete the order. Please place an order only if you accept the quoted time and schedule. Adding or changing options mid-process will postpone the original delivery date. Modifications that do not affect the original delivery date will be accepted. [Preparation Materials] ★1. Custom [Character] Materials: Please specify the relationship between the individuals before commissioning (friends, family, couple, soulmates, etc.). A. Real people: 1. 1-2 clear facial photos of each person. 2. Specify any additional elements or background details. B. Fictional characters, original characters: 1. Describe the original character's features (or provide split images of facial features). 2. A brief description of the world-building from a novel, or a short character blurb under 100 words. 3. Provide your own designed outfits, world-building, or desired composition. 2. [Background] Atmosphere specification. 3. Other specified materials. For example: headpiece style, general reference for clothing silhouette, ancient objects or architectural styles from different eras, landscapes, photos you've taken, original characters, custom characters, etc. ★ Prohibition of content with unauthorized characters. Do not request a complete replication of a single "unauthorized" reference image (e.g., no redrawing of Disney characters or other IPs) or modifications of trademarks or modern artworks without written permission. 4. You can specify color palettes, which will be used as ambient light to subtly adjust the overall mood of the artwork. 5. The default size is 30cm x 20cm; custom sizes with a total perimeter of up to 51cm are acceptable. 6. Orientation (portrait/landscape) is random by default; please specify if you have a preference or inform us of the intended use to determine any potential licensing fees. ★7. Your email address for receiving the final artwork. This will be used to compile a commission content record. [Order Placement Guidelines] ➤ You can schedule times for the sketch, 80% in-progress review, and final delivery. ➤ Do not add specified objects to the artwork; please mention them in advance (e.g., butterflies). ➤ You will receive the finished artwork for your review. If adjustments are needed, please provide feedback within one week for up to two minor free adjustments. Additional revision requests will incur a fee of 100 TWD per adjustment. The one-week period after completion is the validity period; no free modifications will be accepted after this time. ➤ Large illustrations will be drawn in a similar style. Unlike general object illustrations, these require consideration of more elements and color arrangements for the composition. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted 12 hours after placing an order. ▹▹▹ If you wish to change your provided materials or make alterations during the production process, please message us first to confirm. Changes may not be free depending on the drawing composition or progress, or an additional fee of 1000$ may apply to cover the difference. Adding or changing options mid-process will postpone the original delivery date. Modifications that do not affect the original delivery date or are mutually agreed upon for postponement will be accepted. ➤ Basic drawing time: Approximately 2 to 6 weeks per piece, excluding revisions and scheduling. ➤ No artificial intelligence is used for drawing; it is prohibited to use the artwork as material for AI drawing computations. ➤ The artist may occasionally use the artwork as a thumbnail example for promotional purposes. ➤ Quotations are primarily for buyers' collections, novel covers, or personal use by friends and family. Buyers may not commercially print or use the artwork. To change the usage rights or purchase full rights, please discuss the intended use separately and pay any additional fees. ➤ All prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). ➤ This product is for digital files only; no physical products are produced. ➤ The art style is not realistic. A 100% likeness to photos cannot be guaranteed. Please confirm if you like YM's art style before placing an order. ➤ Expedited orders with a specified completion date within 1 month usually incur an additional charge of 10% of the total quote. We accept orders on multiple platforms, and multiple pieces may be drawn concurrently.
