▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon placing an order, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming the text.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience venue contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design House provides a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice with tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
