* In the event of natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances that cause shipping delays, we will notify you of the delay. We appreciate your understanding.
* We ship via courier services and convenience store logistics. The actual delivery time depends on the driver's route and current conditions. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery or arrival times.
* All items come with a hand-issued invoice. If you require a company registration number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and permanent basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Custom-made items, lost gemstones, and damage due to apparent human factors are not covered by the warranty. Repairs for such cases may incur a fee depending on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued. Please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or items not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustments, chain length adjustments, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone detachment) require the inclusion of the product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to arrange for after-sales service.

* All products undergo a professional quality inspection before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please maintain its original condition and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Product colors may vary slightly due to different display devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the item received.
# Size: Slight measurement discrepancies of 0.5-1 cm due to different measurement methods are considered normal.
# Solder Joints: While crafted with precision by our artisans, handmade items may exhibit minor solder joints, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these seams is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, and cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are all normal occurrences.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique, each with its own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent appearance, no two pearls will be exactly alike.
| Return Policy |
* All items (excluding custom-made products) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended time before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging and shipping box.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, original boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, and accessory items (e.g., earring backs) that were delivered with the product.
# Non-normal trial wear, where the item shows clear signs of extended wear and tear or soiling.
# The item has been modified, such as through additional engraving or size/chain length adjustments.
# Promotional gifts have not been returned.
# The item is damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period.
* In accordance with court rulings, custom-made products requested by the consumer are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom-made items cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you wish to add or return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have fully inspected the items before initiating a return.
* If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for promotional discounts, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you return items without a specific reason more than 3 times within a year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
