[Cleaning and Characteristics] 1. For the first wash, use a neutral detergent several times. You may also wipe it with a paper towel dampened with food-grade oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process, then wash with neutral detergent. Using oil in the stamping process means some gray titanium powder residue is unavoidable; the process is non-toxic and safe, so you may scrub with peace of mind. 2. If scorched or stained, gently scrub with the abrasive side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If colored surfaces are scrubbed or the natural titanium color is exposed, rest assured—since there is no coating, the pure, non-toxic titanium remains safe to use. 4. Do not use reducing agents like stain remover powder or hydrogen peroxide, nor sodium percarbonate for soaking, as these will permanently strip the titanium of its color and luster. [Characteristic Details] 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. Items like lunch boxes or containers may show food marks, large blue-purple patches, or brown spots (if not heated) after washing or initial use. These are not rust (pure titanium does not rust) but are natural metallic characteristics or results of our heat-treating process. They do not affect safety and will fade over time. 2. Square-shaped items are more prone to stress release, leading to more dramatic color changes and brown spots. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250°C in an oven or over an open gas flame may cause blue-purple color changes. These are permanent but do not affect safety. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more susceptible to deformation if used over an open gas flame. 5. Pure titanium tends to show water stains; this is a metallic characteristic. If this is a concern, wipe dry immediately after washing to maintain the visual finish. [Appliances] Single-wall titanium tableware is safe for heating; double-wall is not. Dish Dryer: Safe.
