For the first wash, use a regular neutral detergent several times. You can also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil and wipe several times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Then, wash with neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used for pressing and not acid pickled, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process, safe to scrub and wash. 2. For burnt-on residue or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the harder side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the original color, rest assured it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, free from heavy metals, and safe to scrub and wash. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate detergents, as these will revert the color and luster of the titanium, and it cannot be restored. 【Material Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress relaxation is difficult. For items like lunch boxes, food containers, and square pots, initial steaming or cooking, or the appearance of food stains or large blue-purple patches after washing, or brown patches after washing without heating (not rust, pure titanium does not rust), are metal characteristics or changes that occur from our prior firing.
