** 【Important Notes】 ** * Due to the inherent risks of the machinery, participants must be 10 years of age or older. The course is for individual operation only. (Participants aged 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration who will assist with the creation. Please inform us in advance; no extra fee will be charged for the co-creation.) * To ensure the rights of other students, please do not be late, as it may affect the start time of the class. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the class has started. You will need to reschedule your appointment (once within 2 months). * After placing your order, please add our official Line account: @ado_studio. Inform us of the registrant's full name/class date and send your design for review. Designs must be confirmed at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute registrations, please send your design by 3 PM the day before the class. Design review will be completed by 5 PM to ensure the instructor can assist with drawing, thereby not affecting the class duration. * To maintain teaching quality, the studio is only accessible to registered participants. Please do not bring companions, pets, or young children without prior notification. * The studio opens 5 minutes before the class starts. Please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may choose to 1. Extend the time, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the semi-finished product home. Extension or rescheduling fees are $300 per hour (less than 1 hour will be charged as 1 hour). * As creating artwork requires physical exertion, please have a meal before attending and try not to schedule tight plans afterward. * No food is allowed in the studio, but you may bring drinks and small snacks. Snacks are also available in the studio for students to replenish their energy. * The course will be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member at the venue to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio using images and footage of your likeness and artwork. * The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for rescheduling or transfer of booking once within a two-month period: 1. Weather conditions: Government agencies announce class suspensions or school closures in the relevant area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. 【Disclaimer】 * The machinery is safe when operated according to guidelines, so students must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow the prescribed usage. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop immediately and inform the staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to the equipment caused by unauthorized operation or disregard for instructions will require full compensation at the original price. * By registering, you agree to the above terms and regulations.
