The course is for single-person operation (children aged 10-14 require a parent to be present and assist throughout the session; no additional fee for co-creation). * To ensure the rights of other students, please do not be late, as it may affect the class start time. Entry will be denied 10 minutes after the class begins. Upload the design for review. Design files must be confirmed at least 7 days before the class. Last-minute registrants must complete this by the day before the course to ensure it does not affect the class duration. * To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring guests, pets, or young children without prior notice. The studio opens 5 minutes before the class; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You can choose to 1. Extend the session, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the unfinished work home. Fees for extending the session or rescheduling are $300/hour, with any part of an hour counted as a full hour. * As creating the artwork requires physical effort, please have your meal before attending. It's also advisable not to schedule tight plans afterward. * Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio, but beverages are permitted. * The course will be filmed and recorded for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of your likeness, recordings, and images of your work. * The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for rescheduling or transfer of booking once within two months: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces suspension of work and classes in the relevant area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop operation immediately and notify the staff.
