** 【Important Notices】 ** * For beginners, designs with simple lines or color blocks are recommended for easier operation and to avoid exceeding the allotted time. * Due to the nature of the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. The course is for single-person operation. (Children aged 10-14 require a parent to accompany and assist throughout the entire session, with no additional fee for co-creation.) * To ensure the rights of other students, please do not be late, as it may affect the start time of the class. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the class begins. You will need to reschedule your appointment (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). * After placing an order, please add our official LINE: @ado_studio Provide the registrant's full name/class date and send your design for review. The design must be confirmed at least 7 days before the class. Last-minute registrations must be completed by the day before the course to ensure sufficient class time. * To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Please do not bring guests. Pets and young children must be notified in advance. The classroom opens 5 minutes before the course begins; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may also choose to 1. extend the session, 2. reschedule, or 3. take the unfinished piece home. The fee for extending the session or rescheduling is $300/hour, with any part of an hour counted as a full hour. * As the artwork requires physical effort, please have your meal before attending. It is also advisable not to schedule tight plans immediately afterward. * Food and drinks are not permitted in the classroom, but you may bring beverages. * The course will be filmed and used as marketing material for the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio using images and footage of your likeness and artwork. * The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following situations allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking within a two-month period: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces suspension of work and classes in the area. 2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4.
