Understanding your Life Code helps us gain deeper self-awareness. First, identify your "Number" (refer to the Life Code Hologram chart, Figure 9). **If You Are a Number 6 (See Figure 8 for Number 6 Traits):** **Number 6 Essential Oil Ingredients:** Rosemary, Clary Sage, Patchouli, Lavender, Rose Geranium, European Spruce. Completely natural essential oils, free from artificial fragrances. The base is perfumer's alcohol. The overall aroma evokes a sense of herbaceous healing. **How to Use:** 1. **Understanding Low Energy States:** From Figure 8, you can identify the emotions or behaviors associated with your low energy states. Remain self-aware and when you notice yourself in such a state, gently shake the essential oil bottle to thoroughly blend the oil and base. Spray onto your wrists (from a distance of 15-20cm), wave your hands a few times, and then inhale. You may also spray directly onto clothing or fabrics. Allow yourself to return to a balanced energy state, reminding yourself of equilibrium. 2. **Which Essential Oil Number Can I Use?** The numbers that hold a greater proportion in your Life Code Hologram are those that influence you more significantly. Any number that appears in your hologram possesses its unique traits, making it a potential choice. Please refer to the blue text descriptions in Figure 9. Using the small flower icon as an example: Number 2 has the highest proportion at 65% (unmarked numbers are 5% each). Number 6 accounts for 10%, Number 8 for 10%, and Numbers 1, 5, and 9 each make up 5%. It is personally recommended to choose oils that enhance your existing strengths. For example, leveraging Number 2's empathy, communication, and coordination skills, or Number 6's attention to detail and optimization abilities. **Precautions:** 1. For external use only. While everyone's answers differ, I wish to share that balance is paramount in all aspects of life. This is reflected in the Taijitu symbol at the center of my logo. Extreme emotions, whether highs or lows, are less enjoyable than a state of calm. Just as scalding hot water or ice-cold water are less palatable than room temperature water, and passionate or indifferent relationships pale in comparison to the allure of just the right amount of warmth, all things find their optimal state through balance.
