◎Suggested cooking methods
1. After boiling an appropriate amount of water, put in the Zhizhi Red Date Wide Noodles and stir gently with chopsticks to avoid sticking. The recommended cooking time is 6 minutes, scoop it out, put it on a plate and set aside. The noodles will have a moderate texture, smooth and elastic. The cooking time can be adjusted according to personal preference.
2. Take another pot, add 600~700cc of water, add rich and fragrant angelica sauce packets, and add your favorite side dishes. Bring to a boil and place in a bowl. You can also adjust the amount of cooking water according to personal preference.
