CHAT Originals Good Day Towel

CHAT collaborated with artist Lau Chi Chung to revamp the iconic Hong Kong textile product Good Morning Towel for day-to-day use. This embroidered towel weaves together the classic design of the Good Morning Towel and the vestiges of Hong Kong’s textile industrial past. Featuring Lau's signature use of bright colours with the towel's iconic handwritten font, and a reimagined symbol recalling CHAT's origin as a cotton-spinning factory, CHAT’s Good Day Towel is optimised in quality and design to fit the use of the modern home. CHAT Originals product Good Day Towel is available in two colourways. 100% Cotton __ABOUT THE ARTIST__ Lau Chi Chung is a Hong Kong artist and CHAT’s Winter Programme 2021 participating artist. Fascinated by stories relating to Hong Kong’s history and vernacular culture, he mostly works in photography and has exhibited in various international photo festivals. __ABOUT CHAT ORIGINALS__ CHAT Originals are thoughtfully designed products which are often produced in-house or in collaboration with prominent international artists and local collaborators.
