This item is handmade and may have slight variations from the product photos. Please avoid wearing it while bathing, swimming, or visiting hot springs, as this may cause fading that cannot be reversed. Natural crystals may have minor imperfections such as ice cracks, mineral inclusions, or cloudiness (most have been carefully selected to minimize these). Please remember to provide your wrist size in the notes. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to message me. It's recommended to replace the elastic cord approximately every year. Re-stringing costs NT$100 per strand (you can send it to me, or I can provide a video tutorial for you to re-string it yourself). I've been using mine for over two years without any issues with the cord 🥰. However, it depends on individual usage habits. If it does break, it won't scatter because I use multiple strands for tying. I've used similar products, and they don't easily fade, but it depends on personal habits. If fading occurs, you can send it back for accessory replacement and re-stringing, typically within NT$200. Accessories are made of 925 Sterling Silver. If it comes into contact with water, remember to dry it. ✨ Or, if you sweat in the summer, gently wipe it before storing it in a resealable bag.
