➤ Registration Notice:
● This series of courses requires booking and artwork confirmation two weeks in advance to allow for pre-printing of custom models for students.
Registrations made within 14 days of the class date are not accepted. Registration is confirmed only upon online booking and deposit payment.
Example: For a class on May 16th, the registration process must be completed by May 1st at the latest.
● Portraits must be half-body, with a maximum of two people.
● By booking, you agree to the "Illusion Dream Lamp Experience Reservation Terms and Conditions."
● After registering, please send a message to our official LINE account: "@638vfsxs" to confirm course details.
● Once the online booking and deposit are made, the activity date and number of participants "cannot be changed."
➤ Course Guidelines:
● For safety reasons, this course is only open to participants aged 10 and above. The company reserves the right to verify registration eligibility. If a participant is found to be under 10 years old, their course enrollment will be canceled without a refund. Please adhere to the regulations.
● This is a lengthy course; please bring your own drinking water.
● Aprons will be provided on-site. Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid loose long-sleeved garments.
● Entry is permitted 10 minutes before the class starts. To ensure teaching quality and student rights, please arrive on time.
● Due to venue limitations and to maintain class quality, accompanying guests and pets are not permitted. If companions wish to register on the same day, it will be subject to on-site availability.
● During the course, photos and videos may be taken to capture student progress and artworks, which may be shared on social media, our official website, or other media. Your image may be used in the future for event records or other promotional purposes. To protect your portrait rights, please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.
● We have a resident cat that may roam the classroom during the session.

➤ Important Notes and Disclaimer:
● During the course, please adhere to venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. In case of "equipment malfunction or abnormal operation," stop immediately and notify the instructor. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair it yourself. You will be responsible for any injuries or hardware damage caused by violations.
● The edges of the wooden board may be sharp; be careful to avoid scratches or snagging clothing.
● A heat gun will be used in the course; please exercise caution during use.
● It is recommended to wear a mask during the creation process.
● LED light strips will be tested before installation to ensure they are in good working condition. Please use them correctly during the creation process to avoid damage. If damaged due to improper use, an additional set will cost NT$350. Credit card payment is not available on-site.
● Participants who are late due to personal reasons and cannot complete their artwork as scheduled will not be granted extra time.
● If unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us at least 2 days before the event date. The spot can only be "transferred" to a friend or family member aged 10 or above. The transferor's name, phone number, and email must be provided. Example: For a class on May 15th, notification of transfer must be made by May 12th at the latest.
● If you wish to "cancel your reservation" due to personal reasons, are more than 30 minutes late, or are absent, or if you withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to our company, it will be considered a forfeiture of your spot, and the deposit will not be refunded.
● The following situations will result in a postponement or a full refund of the deposit:
1. In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the Taichung City Government's announcement of class suspensions four hours before the scheduled class time. If your city is affected by related restrictions, please inform us in advance.
2. Other force majeure events (e.g., power outages / equipment failure) that prevent the course from proceeding.
3. Notification will be provided via official LINE or phone. Participants can choose to postpone or receive a refund.
● The company reserves the right to make the final interpretation and decision on all matters related to this course.
