Colors may also vary slightly with each batch, making every cookie unique. Delicate sugar frosting is fragile; minor chipping is normal and accepted. For the cookie dough, Yunduo uses Isigny butter from France and eggs from our own farm. The cookie dough contains no additives. The unique aroma of fermented butter after baking combined with the fragrance of eggs makes the cookie dough delicious on its own! For the frosting, we use Wilton (USA) egg white powder, which eliminates any eggy smell or concerns about raw egg. While frosting can be made with natural egg whites, we choose not to because the average baking temperature for frosting is 35°C, which is not enough to cook egg whites.
