**Crafting Process**
At the start of the workshop, you'll receive a wooden frame! The instructor will guide you through planting and arrangement techniques, and finally, you'll get to decorate your own succulent creation! (Small decorative items will be based on what the instructor provides on-site.)

・Location: 5th Floor, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Handcraft Classroom)
・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozidi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along 博愛二路 for about 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Louis Electric Company Kaohsiung Plant" across the street. The entrance to the handicraft classroom is next to "睦 MARS 創客太空站". Push the door and walk straight to the end, then take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has successfully started before registering.
・After completing your order and payment, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for will be considered as incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted more than sixty days before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total amount paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total amount paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total amount paid will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original class date. Please proactively inform us of your chosen new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling times, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted, as workshop materials and venue arrangements will have already been completed. Participants who do not show up will be considered as forfeiture.
。To ensure fairness for other participants, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid attendees may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6, two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes self-serve complimentary iced black tea or green tea.
・Participants are required to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes, which may be used in event recaps or other recruitment channels after the event.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
