Located in Miyagi Prefecture, Ichikura Brewery upholds the philosophy of coexisting with nature and environmental friendliness. They promote organic rice and reduced pesticide cultivation, with a sake profile ranging from delicate and dry to rich and Daiginjo. They are also actively developing low-alcohol sakes, showcasing a fresh and diverse charm.
*This pairing event includes translation services, so those who don't speak Japanese can join with peace of mind!

※ Each session requires a minimum of 10 participants to commence.
※ Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies in the remarks section upon registration.

I. Session Information:
1-1. The organizer will send a pre-event reminder notification after the registration deadline.
1-2. If the minimum number of participants is not met, priority will be given to rescheduling to another session. If rescheduling is not possible, participants may request a refund.
1-3. The invoice for the registration fee will be provided on-site on the day of the event.
II. Transfer Policy:
2-1. Experience participation is transferable. However, please contact the "No.2" clubhouse at least 1 working day before the event date to provide the registration information of the transferee. Otherwise, the "No.2" clubhouse may not recognize the transfer.
2-2. The transferee must proactively inform the original purchaser's name/order number upon entry for verification.
III. Refund Policy: In case of refunds or cancellation of the experience event, all invoice adjustment procedures will be handled by Guoyi Cultural and Creative.
♦︎ Cancellation due to personal reasons:
3-1. 10 working days prior to the event ► Priority may be given to rescheduling to another available event, or a full refund may be requested.
3-2. Between 10 and 7 working days prior to the event ► 30% of the event registration fee may be refunded.
3-3. Within 7 working days prior to the event until the event day ► As the organizer needs to prepare materials 7 working days in advance, no refunds will be provided.
♦︎ Cancellation by the organizer or due to force majeure:
3-4. If the event is canceled due to the organizer's reasons or force majeure events such as natural disasters or pandemics, the organizer will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
3-5. In the case of natural disasters, pandemics, etc., the suspension and refund standards will be based on the regulations announced by the competent authorities of the event's location. The participant's location will not be considered.
