WASANBON SETOUCHI Biyori - Honey & Brown Sugar - Fresh Ingredients

Product Description

Brand Concept In our small workshop in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, we create products while exchanging ideas every day so that we can give shape to our wish to make Wasanbon more familiar to people. Imagining the excitement of giving them as gifts and the smiles on people's faces when they open the boxes, we continue to make dried confections diligently today. We want every day to be a little better. We deliver the warmth of handmade wasanbon. About wasanbon Wasanbon sugar is a type of sugar traditionally produced in eastern Shikoku, and is made from a special variety of sugarcane called hosokibi, which grows in the mild climate and rich natural environment of the Seto Inland Sea. The dried sweets made from hardened wasanbon sugar are called wasanbon. All wasanbon is made from hand-carved confectionery wooden molds and wasanbon sugar made by hand. It has a gentle sweetness and elegant flavor, and it is only wasanbon sugar that melts easily in the mouth. The wasanbon sugars that come out of the wooden confectionery molds that leave traces of hands spin their own tales. Please enjoy it with your favorite beverage while imagining such a story.
