Petalite and Oil-Bearing Double Terminated Crystal Necklace. The main bead is a 16mm Petalite, adjustable by rotation (the photo shows the effect of rotating the main bead, displaying both blue and blue-yellow dual-color sides). The Oil-Bearing Double Terminated Crystal is from Pakistan. The necklace is accented with Dreamy Tiger's Eye and Titanium Crystal. The wire is antiqued pure copper wire, and the clasp is brass. The total length of the necklace is 50cm. The central main ornament measures 63x35mm (width x height). This piece is an extension of earlier thoughts on large bead pendant designs. The method of securing the main bead and the frame structure share a common origin with the Coral Agate necklace introduced a few days ago. However, by simply altering the frame shape, embellishments, and accent stones, along with a different necklace design, a completely distinct appearance can be achieved. At the time of conceptualizing related styles, I had the opportunity to acquire a large Petalite bead. I selected this particular piece, with its especially sharp "eye" under light, as the focal point for this creation. It is paired with a translucent, small Oil-Bearing Double Terminated Crystal. For the chain, I chose Dreamy Tiger's Eye in a similar hue and Titanium Crystal to echo the golden tones of the main bead. ❖ Product photos are mostly taken in natural daylight. With normal use and care, the color can remain largely unchanged for several years. ❖ Because the surface has plating and a protective layer, please do not use silver polishing cloths or toothpaste for cleaning, as this will rapidly wear down the plating. ❖ After wearing, please wipe off any moisture (especially sweat) with a soft cloth and store it in the provided resealable bag. ❖ Please try to avoid wearing these items during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as exercise, and when visiting hot springs. Natural oxidation is a normal phenomenon (they will gradually turn into a bronze/antique silver color). The color and rate of oxidation will vary depending on wear and individual body chemistry, which is also a characteristic of bare copper wire jewelry. In terms of oxidation speed, red copper wire tends to oxidize faster for most people (turning into an antique red-copper color within days to weeks), while brass and silver oxidize more slowly. ❖ Wire that has undergone vulcanization (antiquing) treatment will have a more stable color tone compared to untreated wire.
