Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production; these are considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not be as perfectly uniform as machine-made items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop its own patina and develop personal scratches and marks, becoming deeper and gaining a sheen, slowly transforming into a unique piece that reflects its owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation distinct and charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color can vary between different batches due to varying stock duration and import times. Even on the same piece of leather, the texture and dye absorption can differ across various parts. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the designer select the stitching color and leave the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is custom-made, it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have the stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are non-refundable.
