Refunds & Returns// If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee will be charged at NT$100 per photo. Customized products are exempt from the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to others.) Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer, as specified for each product. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of dispatch once your printed product is packaged. Early arrival will result in earlier shipment.
