If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us via message! ✿ Care Instructions: • Dried and preserved flowers do not require watering. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. For daily maintenance, you can use a hairdryer on a low, cool setting to blow away dust from the surface, or gently brush the surface with a small soft brush. • Avoid heavy pressure and pulling, as some flower parts may naturally shed over time. The natural fading of dried flowers over time is also a normal phenomenon. • With proper care, dried and preserved flowers can last for one to two years, or even longer. ✿ Shipping Notes: • For convenience store pick-up, due to box size restrictions (under 45cm), customers requiring 2 or more items must place separate orders. • Due to the conveyor belt sorting system used in convenience store shipping, some minor floral debris may fall off. If product integrity is a high priority, please select home delivery for shipping. • For customers in Taipei and New Taipei City, self-pickup is welcome and can better ensure the product's intact condition.
