Bamboo Arrow Chopsticks & Rest / Set of 2 - Chopsticks - Bamboo

Product Description

For centuries, the arrow has been a traditional Japanese symbol of luck and an amulet to ward off evil. With this in mind, we have created these Bamboo Arrow Chopsticks and chopstick rest. Finely crafted in Wakasa, Fukui Prefecture, the head of these Bamboo Chopsticks have been beautifully chiseled to resemble a sharpened arrowhead, and finished with a luxurious hand-painted band. We have designed the pewter chopstick rest in the shape of a hawk’s feather, and has been cast using the traditional methods from Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture. Size 225mm(Chopsticks) W47×18×H5mm(Chopsticks Rest) W310×75×H30mm(Box) Material Bamboo / Wakasa, Japan(Chopsticks) Tin / Takaoka, Japan(Chopsticks Rest) **Instructions for Use** Chopstick rests ・Please wash thoroughly before use. ・Wash with a soft cloth or sponge using a dishwashing detergent that has been diluted in lukewarm water. ・Please use with care as sudden changes in temperature may cause the rests to crack. ・Please refrain from sliding this rest over table surfaces as it may cause scratches. Chopsticks ・Please wash with hot or cold water after every use, and dry with a soft cloth. ・Please keep out of direct sunlight, as this may cause changes in the color and / or shape. ・Although these chopsticks have been sealed with a thin urethane coating, please refrain from soaking these chopsticks in water for prolonged periods of time. As well, do not scrub or polish these chopsticks with a scrubbing brush.
