1. Proxy Purchasing Process:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase.
・To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. If a product(s) has already shipped, you can return it within seven days of receiving it. Please see point three, "Refund & Exchange Policy", below for more details. Please note, the system will use the refund request submission time as the basis for determining whether the order can be canceled. No order cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.
・Please complete the Real-name Authentication within 3 days after the order is placed. If the Real-name Authentication is not completed, the cross-border package cannot be delivered, and the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
2. Product Inventory:
・All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock.
・If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order.
・If all items in the order are out of stock, the system will automatically cancel the order.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service and is considered a cross-border transaction. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns.
・Return Process
1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted.
2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused.
3. After Pinkoi is notified that the product(s) is returned and confirms that there are no errors, the order refund will be arranged.

Khadi is a hand-spun and hand-woven fabric produced in India.
The thickness of the thread may be uneven or not uniform in some areas,
Fabrics that are spun and woven by hand have a wonderful texture because no unnecessary force is used.
We use high-quality khadi that is not too rough,
It can be used in a wide range of situations, from everyday use to going out.

This one is dyed darker.
It is dyed blue, which goes well with any outfit.
This scarf has a wonderful texture and absorbs sweat and dries quickly.

Important Notice
This is an indigo dyed product.
We use dyeing methods that focus on durability, but due to the nature of indigo dyeing, some color fading and color change may occur.
We hope you enjoy the changing colors of nature.

Because it is a dark color, if it is rubbed against white fabrics, the color may transfer due to friction. This can be removed with water or detergent, but please be careful the first few times you use it.
Washing Instructions

Do not soak or bleach.
We recommend drying indoors.
When ironing, use a low temperature and a cloth.
