・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged as well as all incurred expenses. As the designer needs to prepare the materials ten days before the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted within ten days before the event. ・In order to promote environmental protection, the event only provides recyclable bags. ・If you need to reschedule, you can contact the designer privately to modify the date and time. ・Students must abide by the venue rules and follow the on-site instructor's instructions. If any violation causes damage, they will be responsible for it. ・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Ouxun Foreign Trade will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund. ・If you cancel the event due to reasons not attributable to Oxun Trading, no refund will be given. ・If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Ouxun Foreign Trade will proactively contact you to postpone or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class opening and refund standards will be based on the class suspension standards announced by the event venue, regardless of the location of the participants. ・The experience activity will be photographed by Oxun Foreign Trade Company as needed, and photos and videos containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
