Lin Heung House
The diversity of food culture has led to the continuous development of various food spaces, deducing the vitality unique to Hong Kong.
As early as 1842, there were teahouses in Hong Kong. After the 1920s, the prosperity of commerce led to the emergence of more teahouses. Going to the tea house to drink tea in the morning is not only a Cantonese tradition, but also a place for business.
The first generation of Lianxiang Building opened in Queen's Road Central in 1928. It originated from Guangzhou and moved to its current location on Wellington Street in 1996. No matter how many times the owner has changed hands behind it, Lianxianglou has always been a popular tea house. With a nostalgic atmosphere and popular prices, there are many old neighbors among the diners.
