Thank you. 🙏🏻 ❖** **【 About Floral Materials 】** • Just like people, no two natural flowers are exactly the same in shape, posture, or size. • All items are carefully packaged. Minor shedding of floral materials during transit is normal. We appreciate your understanding. • Dream strives to represent product colors as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to monitor settings or different import batches. The actual product color is final; photos are for reference only. If you are very concerned about color differences, we recommend visiting a physical store. **【 About the Glass Cloche 】** • The glass is handcrafted, so minor imperfections such as fine scratches, small air bubbles, or uneven trim from the production process are normal. **❖ Preservation ❖** • Preserved & dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please keep them in a dry, ventilated area. The ideal humidity level is 50-65%. (High humidity may cause mold, transparency, or color bleeding.) • If the environment is humid, use a dehumidifier or air conditioning. • Avoid direct sunlight, as this may cause the flowers to become brittle or fade. • Depending on environmental conditions, the ideal viewing period is 1-2 years (flowers will naturally weather and fade over time). **❖ After-Sales Service ❖** Please record a video when unboxing. If you have any concerns after receiving your order, please message us directly instead of leaving a negative review. Dream values every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
