On the Pinkoi desktop version, you can view the estimated shipping time. For in-stock items, we ship within 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require a waiting period. Items processed by our factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at $2000 or above will be presented in a jewelry box (for items under $2000, please purchase a box separately). 2. For pure silver items that are not plated, a silver polishing cloth will be included. 3. To promote sustainability, multiple items purchased together will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include one).
