This soy sauce is based on soybean oil Bergamotien soy sauce, and uses thin-skinned lemons from Zhutian, Pingtung, which are directly delivered from the place of origin to blend into a lemon soy sauce that belongs to Zhutian, Pingtung.
The slightly sour and sweet flavor of the sauce brings out the sweet and sour taste of the lemon. It is just the right amount of salty, sweet and sour, layered and blended on the tip of the tongue, which is amazing. Add some olive oil for seasoning, and you can make your own vinaigrette at home.
