・Capacity: 2-8 people per session (Minimum participants to commence: 2 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, gift bag, complimentary self-serve black or green tea

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before proceeding with your registration.
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis for paid registrations. Unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Our refund and rescheduling policy is as follows:
*According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Private Tutoring Institutions, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class begins, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class begins, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class begins, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
*Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
*On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been finalized, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
*To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their session.
*For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid accompanying persons are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special circumstances where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please call the store in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 people two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth workshop experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes, which may be used in xiabenhow's social media and future recruitment materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
