・Capacity: 2-12 people per session (minimum participants to start: 2)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, gift bag, finished mounted moss ball approximately 20cm x 20cm to 30cm (width x height), keychain length determined by individual preference, self-serve black or green tea.

▶ Important Notes
・After completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please arrive directly at the venue at your scheduled session time. No separate SMS or pre-workshop notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will close immediately once filled. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you actively notify us of your chosen session. Failure to notify will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted as materials and seating arrangements have been prepared by the instructor. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying guests who have not purchased tickets are not permitted unless they are children requiring parental assistance or if there are specific circumstances allowing for parent-child participation (please contact the venue in advance for special arrangements).
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time. To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please avoid being late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the workshop. This class includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
