Please store in a dark, cool place to protect it from light and temperature fluctuations, which can accelerate the oil's oxidation process. The ideal storage temperature is 20°C. Extra virgin olive oil is generally more resistant to oxidation than other oils.
In cool room temperatures, faint, pearl-like substances may appear at the bottom of the bottle; this is completely normal. These are precipitates of fatty acid triglycerides that will disappear once the temperature rises. However, this indicates that the oil has been stored at a temperature that was too low.
