| Fabric dyeing treatment｜
According to different fabrics and plants, different pre-dyeing treatments are required. Most of the fabrics on the market are sizing treated to make the fabrics more stiff. Before the plants are dyed, the fabrics must be refined and de-sizing before dyeing. According to different plants, the cloth should be treated with different mordants.
| Natural dye coloring｜
After finishing the scouring, dry the cloth. The next day, we started to design and process the fabric before dyeing. Tightly tie the parts that do not want to be colored with the thread to make different shapes. The closer the distance between the thread and the cloth The more obvious. When dyeing, put the treated cloth into the dyeing tank, and do the dyeing according to the desired depth. During the process, it needs to be stirred occasionally to make the color uniform, and the process takes 1 to 3 hours.
Gradient dyeing needs to go from deep to light, and the colors must be fully colored, and the naturalness of the gradient must also be taken into account.
｜Post dyeing treatment｜
After dyeing, wash with water, and then fix the color with mordant such as vinegar or soy milk, dry, and call!
