Precautions:
1. If you want to sign up for a course, you can first "contact Teacher Yan's Erhu Piano Music Garden" to confirm the status of the course, and then place a reservation.
2. Teachers must prepare to experience musical instruments and music scores in advance. In order to protect the rights of teachers, if the ticket is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, a 30% handling fee will be charged, and no refund will be given 3 days before the event.
3. If you need to reschedule, please "contact Teacher Yan's Erhu Piano Music Garden" for assistance in rescheduling, and no rescheduling will be allowed on the day of the event.
4. If the course enrollment does not reach the minimum number of students, the library has the right to cancel the event and proactively contact you 3 to 5 days in advance to change the class or provide a full refund.
5. Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
6. Only those who have purchased tickets are allowed to attend, and those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience together.
7. If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the library will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
8. During the event, side shots will be taken as needed and shared with Teacher Yan’s Erhu and Piano Music Garden communities after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform us in advance and we will take note and make special arrangements.
9. Since the lecturers are all professional teachers in the industry, their schedules must be arranged as early as possible. Therefore, no make-up classes will be made for unexcused absences.
