【Workshop(s)】One-on-One Erhu Single-Session Experience Class

Notes: 1. To sign up for a course, please contact "Yan Teacher's Erhu & Piano Music Garden" to confirm the class schedule before placing your order. 2. Since the instructor prepares instruments and music scores in advance, a 30% handling fee will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the event. 3. If you need to reschedule, please contact "Yan Teacher's Erhu & Piano Music Garden" for assistance. Requests for rescheduling cannot be accommodated on the day of the event. 4. If the minimum enrollment for a class is not met, the studio reserves the right to cancel the session and will proactively contact you 3–5 days in advance to reschedule or offer a full refund. 5. Admission begins 10 minutes prior to the event. To ensure the experience runs smoothly, please be punctual. Those arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be admitted, and refunds will not be provided. 6. Only ticket holders may participate and be seated; non-ticket holders may not join the experience. 7. In the event of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure, the studio will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or refund. 8. During the event, photos or videos may be taken and shared on "Yan Teacher's Erhu & Piano Music Garden" social media platforms. These materials, which may include your image, may be used for event documentation or promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance so we can make special arrangements. 9. As our instructors are industry professionals, their schedules are arranged well in advance; therefore, no makeup sessions will be provided for unexplained absences.
