It offers ample white space for your personal message, and can also be used as an envelope seal. **~ Design Background ~** Designer Yen, originally from Taiwan and now residing in Canada, is an independent visual designer. Holding a deep affection for the Vancouver Aquarium, Yen felt inspired to contribute, leading to the creation of this aquarium-inspired series. The Vancouver Aquarium is a historic, privately-owned, non-profit institution. Unlike other entertainment-focused aquariums, this one dedicates itself to marine mammal rescue, ecological education, and ocean sustainability. Due to the pandemic, the aquarium had to temporarily close for safety measures. Without ticket revenue, funding became critically scarce, making it difficult to care for the 70,000 aquatic lives within its walls. In this challenging situation, the aquarium faced the difficult choice between permanent closure or launching a fundraising campaign to ensure the survival of its inhabitants. It was at this point that the designer created the aquarium series, hoping to share cherished and heartwarming memories of the aquarium through these artworks.
