Use team spirit to assist teammates and never leave the team to act alone. Such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, road conditions and other force majeure factors, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation. If there are any changes due to factors such as weather or event venue, we will notify you by phone in advance. Please do not take off your safety equipment unless instructed by the instructor. Active clothing Please wear light clothing in spring and summer, and bring cold-proof clothing in autumn and winter. Those who are afraid of the sun should wear thin long sleeves, leggings, and a hat. In autumn and winter, please wear cold-proof clothing for river trekking. There is no storage facility on site, please do not bring valuables. There are no toilet facilities on site. Please bring your own set of clothes and towels and change them in the changing tent after the activity. Cancellation and refund instructions Experience start date/refund terms Cancel within 8 days > Full refund Cancellation within the first 7 days - the first 3 days > we will charge a 20% handling fee Cancellation within the first 2 days > We will charge a 50% handling fee The fee from 1 day before to the same day is non-refundable If the cancellation request is made by a local guide > the fee will be fully refunded Possible cancellations The actual itinerary reserves the right to change, adjust or stop due to weather factors. Date changes are not accepted within the departure date.
