Returns and exchanges must be in "brand new and unwashed" condition. As this is a personal hygiene product, it cannot be returned or exchanged once washed. 2. Cherry Cotton pads are handmade. Slight loose threads, minor size variations, or fabric creases are considered normal; perfectionists please refrain from purchasing. 3. All product photos are taken from the actual items. Please understand that pattern placement may vary slightly even when cut from the same piece of fabric. 4. For detailed usage, cleaning instructions, and patent information, please refer to the official Cherry Cotton website. 5. Repairs for buttons are available for items purchased at any of the four Happy King stores. If a button falls off, it can be repaired (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping). Please do not discard your pads; send us a private message if repairs are needed. Tips: Please take note before using your new product. Be sure to wash with a "neutral detergent" before the first use, and ensure it is properly spun-dry before hanging to dry. Because colored cotton is a natural material, it is not color-fast. A very small amount of light brown color may release during the first wash; this is a characteristic of colored cotton, not artificial dyeing. (Similar to how leaves release green sap or how fruit releases juice when squeezed.) While the light brown color is so faint it is almost invisible to the naked eye, it can leave water spots if it flows downward while drying. Using a neutral detergent will help wash away the released color, preventing it from staining the patterned fabric; therefore, please do not wash with water alone. Using the spin-dry function on your washing machine will help extract excess water and speed up the drying process, making it less likely for water spots to form. We do not accept returns or exchanges for issues resulting from failure to read the instructions or follow the specified cleaning guidelines.
