This is a long-sleeved pullover made from 100% linen. Unlike the crisp, loosely woven linen knits, this piece offers a new sensation of lightness and softness, gently enveloping the body thanks to its knit construction. The use of fine-gauge yarn creates a wonderfully soft texture. It's double-layered, making it less sheer and providing a comforting, snug fit. Crafted from European linen, each piece is knitted with care in Yamagata. The use of single-ply yarn, which is not twisted, allows the inherent characteristics of the linen fiber to fully emerge, reflecting meticulous attention to material and craftsmanship. The double-layered construction ensures opacity while gently conforming to the body. Linen often evokes an image of stiffness, but this is typically with woven fabrics.
