All items are shipped in new condition and will feel quite tight initially. We recommend folding the cover back a few times and applying gentle pressure to flatten it to 180 degrees. 2. You may need to use a clip to hold the pages open while painting. 3. The endpapers (kraft paper section) and the first page of watercolor paper are adhered more closely. You can gently press them open or start painting from the reverse side. 4.
