Hailing from Yamagata Prefecture and renowned for its "Daishan" brand, the brewery embraces the rice and water culture of the Shonai region. They've developed proprietary brewing equipment and unique techniques, resulting in a rich yet crisp layered profile. From everyday Junmai to extra dry varieties, their sake is widely loved.
*This pairing event includes translation services, so non-Japanese speakers can participate with ease!

With over 15 years at Kato Kichibei Brewery, Morihiro Shibuya has experience ranging from the brewing floor to domestic and international sales promotion. He enjoys Karate and arm wrestling, viewing them not just as physical training but also as engaging ways to connect with the world.

※ Each session requires a minimum of 10 participants to commence.

I. Event Confirmation:
1-1. The organizer will send a pre-event reminder notification after the registration deadline.
1-2. If the minimum number of participants is not met, priority will be given to rescheduling to another session. If rescheduling is not possible, participants may request a refund.
1-3. Invoices for registration fees will be provided on the day of the event.
II. Transfer Policy:
2-1. Participation is transferable. However, please contact The House of Unii at least 1 working day prior to the event date to provide the registration information of the transferee. Otherwise, The House of Unii may not recognize the transfer.
2-2. The transferee must inform the original purchaser's name/order number upon entry for verification.
III. Refund Policy: For any refunds or event cancellations, invoice adjustments will be handled entirely by Guoyi Cultural and Creative.
♦︎ Cancellation due to personal reasons:
3-1. 10 working days prior to the event ► Priority can be given to transferring to another available event, or a full refund can be requested.
3-2. Between 10 working days and 7 working days prior to the event ► 30% of the registration fee can be refunded.
3-3. Within 7 working days prior to the event until the event day ► As the organizer needs to prepare materials 7 working days in advance, no refunds will be issued.
♦︎ Cancellation by the organizer or due to force majeure:
3-4. If the event is cancelled due to the organizer's reasons or force majeure events such as natural disasters or pandemics, the organizer will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
3-5. In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, etc., the closure and refund standards will be based on the announcements made by the competent authorities in the location where the event is held, and will not consider the participant's location.
